Choosing Better Snacks

Here are some good ideas for a healthy classroom snack.   Please send in one healthy snack per day.   

  • FRUIT 
  • VEGETABLES  
  • PRETZELS 
  • RAISINS
  • CRACKERS
  • GRAHAM CRACKERS/ANIMAL CRACKERS 
  • RICE CAKES 
  • DRY CEREAL 
  • APPLESAUCE 
  • STRING CHEESE 
  • YOGURT 
  • GELATIN/PUDDING 
  • MILK 
  • JUICE 
  • WATER                                                                                                                                    

NO CANDY - NO SODA 

Remember no snacks should contain nuts.
